I can't rave enough about this company!! The entire process was a great experience from the scheduling of the sales appointment to the final installation of the windows and doors. We had about five different companies give us estimates and some of the sales pitches from other top name companies were very insulting and rude but not Vinyl-Lite. Matt showed us all of our options, explained the pricing and process for installation. He was never pushy or rude. The installation crew which was two guys were extremely polite, professional and left our house very clean. They worked all day with no breaks, extremely hard workers. The windows and doors look fantastic and we can tell the difference in the heat of our house. The only problem we had was the back door when it arrived was the wrong direction for the opening but they immediately reordered the door and kept me up to date on the status until they could deliver and install the door. Anna is the main office contact and is extremely polite and helpful. The windows and doors we absolutely love and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. In a time when customer service and product quality count they truly are a great company.

I’ve always been impressed with Vinyl-Lite’s service when my husband we bought Vinyl-Lite’s windows when we built our home. Now that our eldest is planning to build his own house as well, we recommend the same company. The quality of their windows has been proven and tested through time. Would recommend anyone to try them out!

Vinyl-Lite lives up to their claim of being an honest window company. Of course, that comes with having honest window salesmen as well. I once visited their showroom to inquire about their products and installation services. Indeed, I never felt I was being pressured by any of their salesmen. Instead, I was ushered respectfully and offered various choices for my own choosing. Thank you!

I had vinyl-lite come out to replace the windows in my house. I only wanted to replace a few at a time because of financial reasoning. The sales guy worked with me and we did one side of my house at a time. He never pressured me like some of the other companies that I had dealt with, and was rather annoyed by them by the time it was all said and done. So I went with vinyl-lite and cant wait to get the rest of my house done. I no longer have a baking hot living room.

I am a two time customer of Vinyl-Lite. The first time they did my windows and the second time was my entrance door and a sliding door. A neighbor of mine actually referred them to me. The man who came out was informative and didn't try any of the salesman gimmicks. I ultimately went with them because they are a local company that manufacturers thier windows. Also the lifetime warranty helped. Couldn't be happier - def give them a try.

I wanted to replce my windows because they were over 20 yrs old and in pretty poor condition. I had estimates from vinyl lite and window man and thompson creek. Vinyl lite was the least expensive of them all. I also liked their reputation, the quality of their windows and the excellent salesman. Very happy with them.

I had my windows and door replaced in 2011 by Vinyl Lite. The windows I had were 24 years old, drafty, and most did not open. I chose Vinyl Lite because they are in my neighborhood and I also received great comments from neighbors who used their windows. I had estimates from Thompson Creek, Anderson, and Partners Building Homes also. Vinyl-Lite had the lowest cost. I rate them a 10 out of 10 on their salesperson, installation (including cleaning up afterwards) and customer service. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. C. Cherney

I wanted to replace my windows because they were hard to open and close and clean. I wanted something more energy efficient. I got 3 estimates and Vinyl-Lite was quite a bit lower than Thompson Creek and Anderson Renewal. They were also close to where I live and I liked that they were family owned. The price and value was good too. I would use them again.

Both windows had to be reinstalled because they sent an incompetent person the first time. They were messy. Never even heard an apology. On top of that, they recommended the wrong type of window even though I was clear on my intentions for the room. Steer clear.

vinyl-lite windows was the only company that gave us the real price the first time -all the others tried to get us to buy at high prices and then discount,most of the companies that came to our home were high pressure marketing types-glad we went with vinyl-lite-no pressure and great people to work with.And if we need anything,the windows are made by them in fairfax va.

On the strength of word-of-mouth recommendations from general contractors and several satisfied home owners, I contracted with Vinyl Lite to replace all of the windows in my home.What I got in return sucked!Hispanic carpenters only interested in a paycheck did a sloppy of installing the inside window frames attempting the "professional" use of a nail gun. Pieces of nail and cracked and chipped wood tell a story of sloppy workmanship.My husband is repairing/painting the window frames and has noted how Vinyl Lite used cheap wood and disinterested employees.I'll never use Vinyl Lite for anything ever again!

I work with contractors every day and this is by far the worst contractor I have ever worked with. The customer service is deplorable and beyond fustrating. The sales people and the "Manager" Brenda were evasive, rude and deceptive. As much as I want and strive to support local businesses I would not recommend this company. Bottom line: customer service..poor, workmanship..poor, product quality..poor.

Super friendly, great professional service and very reasonable pricing for all our northern virginia home remodeling project needs (specifically our Fairfax County home) - finding a reputable northern virginia vinyl replacement windows manufacturer or dealer was very difficult with the large number of in and out-of-state companies - vinyl lite was great to work with as a local northern virginia replacement window, doors, and tile company. Everything we needed from one local place.
