Excellent experience with Vinyl-Lite Window Factory of Lorton, Va. After careful research into local Northern Virginia window companies, I chose Vinyl-Lite Window Factory. They manufacture the windows in Lorton, Va in their own facility. Vinyl-Lite has been in business in Lorton for several decades. I had them replace about 20 double-hung windows and one large picture window (part of a bay) in my 1989 home. The Vinyl-Lite installers are employees, NOT sub-contractors. They were professional, super efficient, clean and tidy. They replaced all the windows in my home in less than one day. They did a fantastic job. The cost was several thousand less than other highly recommended companies. The other companies would have had to ship windows from out-of-state which I'm sure adds to the final cost. Vinyl-Lite Windows offers a lifetime warranty and is available locally to help with any potential future issues. The windows are beautiful, have an excellent warranty and I can finally wash the outside of them myself due to the design. I'm very happy with this purchase and glad I chose Vinyl-Lite Window Factory.

Vinyl-Lite replaced my patio door and transom window and screen door. Taking out the existing door was quick and efficient. Replacing it was done well and took a lot less time than I thought. The area was left clean and all debris was hauled off. Overall, I’m very pleased with the job.

Bought windows from them in 2004. Over the years, mostly due to my negligence, some of the side latches wore out. They quickly found the correct latches and made quick work of replacing them. Windows now work like new and they didn't charge me anything. They stand by their product.

In our case it was Matt with over 25 years' experience in doing this for Vinyl-Lite. He examined each window and reviewed options from replacing panes to replacing the entire window. He then gave us a price which beat competitors by 50%. Scheduling the install accommodated our complicated calendar. On the day of install the workers were there at exactly the time planned and went right to work. They were friendly, courteous and highly professional. At every step they explained the process and what they were doing. Within a matter of 4 hours they replaced seven windows, cleaned up and were ready for our inspection. The windows are great! The first thing we noted was how much quieter it was in the rooms where the windows were installed. The second thing was how much brighter the rooms were. It took us a few days to realize the difference in temperature as all of the old air leaks were gone. This was a quality-of-life improvement for us as well as a major improvement to the value of our home.

Absolutely love my new windows! They keep the temperature in my house so much better regulated - I got the triple pane, gas-filled, etc. and they were well worth it! Another thing I wasn't ready for with these beautiful new windows... the SILENCE. I never thought it was loud on my street, but wow, it became eerily quiet after the install (ha!) and I really am loving it. After having a number of quotes, I felt the best about the rep that came from Vinyl Lite - he was sure about his product, did not push for a purchase, measured everything out and told me honestly what needed replacement and what didn't (I did them all anyway lol), and was just a pleasure in general. When life got in the way and it took me a while to reach back out, I didn't get any constant/annoying calls and they didn't play the silly "discount" game with their pricing, which is a breath of fresh air.

Vinyl Lite replaced 72 large single pane 1960s windows in our church - focused on the fellowship hall and the education wing, with new double pane windows.
